Fire Damage – Naples Kitchen
Fire damage in this Naples home began in the kitchen stove’s oven. The before photo shows the extent of the damage to the kitchen. Fortunately for the homeowner, the fire damage was limited to the kitchen. Our technicians would assess the damage and map out a restoration plan. They would first build a containment area to keep dust and debris from moving to another area of the house. The ceiling had been severely damaged, and our technicians would need to remove the drywall ceiling and dispose of it properly with the rest of the debris. The appliances were tool damage to save, and they would also be disposed of in the proper manner. The upper cabinets were also torn out and removed. SERVPRO technicians would clean all the soot and smoke damage that resulted from the fire before beginning to rebuild the kitchen. The lingering odor from the fire would be treated with a hydroxyl generator and air scrubbers to purify the air. The ceiling would be replaced along with new upper cabinets and appliances.
