Mold Damage – Naples Apartment

Mold damage at this Naples apartment was extensive. The unit was vacant, and there had been standing water in the unit for some time. Once the owner discovered the water damage and mold damage he was concerned that there might be more mold than he could see. A mold inspection confirmed his fears. He selected SERVPRO of Naples / Marco Island to clean up the water damage and the mold damage. Moisture had been located behind the pictured wall, so the damaged drywall was removed and disposed of properly. Then commercial air movers and dehumidifiers were set up behind a containment field to dry the interior of the walls. After drying the drywall would be replaced.
