Water Damage to the Ceiling of this Naples Manor Condo

Our SERVPRO  water damage restoration technicians immediately began to clean up and removed the waterlogged materials hanging from the ceiling of this condo in Naples Manor. We bagged the drywall and the blown insulation and safely discarded them in the dumpster. The water line had been repaired so we could then begin the drying out process. We set up air movers and dehumidifiers to increase the rate of circulation. The gel devices captured the airborne water vapor, reducing the humidity, and preventing potential secondary water damage to the adjoining rooms in this condo. In two days we checked with thermal hygrometers and moistures meters to verify standard RH, relative humidity, levels had been attained. Our team was then ready to add new insulation and button up the hole in the ceiling, "Like it never even happened."
