Mold Damage to a Naples Home

This mold patch spread across the utility area of this garage townhouse in Naples. The residents were snowbirds, gone for several months. They were shocked to see and smell the mold. The slow, steady drip of the utility sink water supply line fed the fungi all the moisture they required. They consumed the cardboard backing from the drywall, so we replaced it after we set up a containment barrier to prevent mold spores, dust, and mold parts from circulating to other levels of the home. He came back several days later to sand the taped, plastered seams and primed the wall for the homeowners.
